Direct Search or Executive Search refers to a specific service within the framework of the filling of vacant managing positions in companies. Direct contact makes it possible to include such candidates in the process of selection, who themselves may not be actively preparing for a professional change.
Executive Search is implemented in the search for managing position candidates who normally don't react to a job adverts, as well as in the search of high-caliber specialists.
The consultant acts as a neutral agent between the employer and the candidate. They represent the interests of the employer, yet also take the expectations and wishes of the candidates into consideration.
